My husband found this recipe online last night for poaching fish in your dishwasher. In fact, the whole site is rad. It’s got tons of unconventional recipes from beer can chicken to brown bagged sea bass . Reminds me of that scene in Benny and Joon when they made grilled cheese with an iron. I’m totally going to try some dishwasher poaching.
