Is it just me, or do non-editors also get a kick out of this site?

My favorite example of "Engrish" doesn’t come from this website, but from my roommate’s father (a fantastic raconteur). It goes something like this:

He was on a road trip somewhere in the U.S. (I really should have listened more closely to find out where–it would have made the story infinitely better) and got off the interstate at one of those truck stop cafés for lunch. He parked and looked up at the restaurant’s neon sign, advertising their apparently excellent baked goods, which read, in glowing red letters: "Ho-made Pies."

Now that’s a correctional program I’d like to see instituted in cafés across America …
