The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is making a large-scale recreation of itself out of gingerbread. It looks and smells amazing. There are also some smaller, nonprofessionally made candy pueblos next to it in the lobby. I should have taken a picture with my cell phone camera, but I didn’t. Sorry. You just have to go see it for yourself. And please post other gingerbread hotspots you encounter here, so we can see and smell those, too.
