These days, being a reporter is risky business. Dig too deep and folks come after you–folks usually belonging to a government, sometimes your own. And not everyone’s lucky enough to have Gov. Bill Richardson sweep in and rescue them.This week bears some relevant news relating to that theme. Greg Palast, an investigative reporter we interviewed in June, has been charged by our own Department of Homeland Security with "unauthorized filming of a ‘critical national security structure’ in Louisiana."
