In celebration of the year’s most fun holiday, the NM Department of Transportation and the Downtown Action Team are giving out free rides from downtown to anywhere in ABQ city limits tomorrow night, Oct. 31, and Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Just stumble over the Fourth Street and Central to sign up, and an airport shuttle van will wisk you away.
