So I realize this is a little late, but if you’ve heard about Amma the Hugging Saint and her visit to Albuquerque and are curious what’s it’s all about, you still have a chance to see her tonight. Where: Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town (800 Rio Grande NW) When: 7 p.m. What: A spiritual ceremony from 7 to 8 p.m. Hugging Amma from 8 p.m. until the end of the service, however long it goes. A "moderately priced" dinner (I’m not sure how much this actually is) from 8 to 11 p.m.As requested on Amma’s website, if you go, please respect Indian traditions and dress conservatively (i.e. no sleeveless shirts, tight clothes or skirts).
