Dining out has become something of a luxury lately, what with the global economy collapsing. But for one week (March 13 through 20), you can eat tony dinners at a pizza-delivery price. New Mexico Restaurant Week is touching down in Albuquerque after stints in Las Cruces, Taos and Santa Fe, where 25 high-end restaurants in each city have agreed to serve multicourse meals at rock-bottom prices.
