Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal admits he " misspoke" during his speech on Tuesday. The governor said during hurricane Katrina, he stood shoulder-to-shoulder with a local sheriff who was battling red tape during the rescue effort. It turns out, that conversation took place a week after the hurricane hit. Jindal’s support of the sheriff’s efforts did not aid the recovery effort as Jindal implied. Jindal’s false info was spewed during the governor’s rebuttal to President Barack Obama’s speech to Congress earlier this week.
