Happy Birthday, Mr. President— Our fine Commander-in-Chief is turning 60 on July 6, and artist Sheryl Oring wants to wish him a happy one by helping Americans across the nation send little bundles of birthday wishes during her Birthday Project . Meet at the southwest corner of the Smith’s parking lot at Tramway and Central at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, to get into the carpool. It’s open to all and free.
