The store’s music and DVD departments will be dedicated to introducing customers to local musicians in a variety of genres. Bellydancin’ Ramla Taal Tribal Bellydance presents Spring Shimmy 2008 on Saturday, April 5, from 7 p.m. to midnight at Judith Shaw Gallery (3907 Central NE). The Shimmy includes performances by Asha, Brice, Beau, Pishkesh, Megan and Ramla Taal followed by a dance party. Tickets are $5 and all proceeds go to support the remodel of the troupe’s dance space.
