The latest installment of savvy business lady (and one hell of a cook) Cathy Punya’s Thai/Japanese restaurant empire is having a grand opening today from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. with a free smörgåsbord of pan-Asian noodle dishes from their menu, including pho, curry soups and soba.
