For the second year in a row, Oprah Winfrey tops Forbes Magazine’s list of the most powerful celebrities.Forbes says Winfrey pocketed $275 million between June 2007 and June 2008.Golfer Tiger Woods was second on the list, but was miles behind Oprah’s earnings with a relatively paltry $115 million.Actress Angelina Jolie grabbed third place, and hip-hop power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z nabbed fourth and fifth place respectively.
