Skiing (and snowboarding, too) is best in the west. But the west doesn’t including New Mexico, it seems. Maybe not something to get huffy about, but I know some hardcore skiers who won’t be happy Taos didn’t make the list. My only reminder: More slope for native New Mexicans to enjoy without the Texas ski bunnies blocking their path. You know, the ones wearing the hot pick one-piece ski suits with faux fur; big, blonde hair; ski goggles and perfect lipstick. I like to play “Point at the Ski Bunny” as I ride up the lift. Those women deserve medals.
