Check this: I just got off the phone with Peter, the entertainment director from Sig's, and he had some ghoulishly cool news for me about Nob Hill this October. On Halloween, Albuquerque's original funky and fashionable corridor will transform itself into Haunted Hill; basically a music-and-candy-crawl for adults, stretched between every bar and restaurant (save one) in the area. Costumed Nob crawlers will be able to drift into each place free of charge, nabbing candy, downing drink specials and soaking up a huge variety of live music. The plan is to have two bands per establishment, with the action kicking off around 9 p.m. This is all subject to change, of course, but it's awesome and I really cannot keep my mouth shut.
