This time, treat mom on her special day this Sunday as the Downtown Neighborhood Association hosts its biennial Historic Home and Garden Tour. For $10, check out a sampling of the architecturally diverse historic homes nestled in Downtown’s Fourth Ward District located between Central and Lomas.
