As the holiday season finally draws to a close and our ailing bank accounts (hopefully) get replenished, there are a couple of neat goings-on around town. It won’t matter for another year whether you wish to be naughty or nice, so act accordingly this weekend! Double Your Pleasure at Self Serve This Saturday, January 3rd, pay a visit to Exhale Bar and Grill where Self Serve, Albuquerque’s premier adult novelty/resource center, holds their two year anniversary party. There will be burlesque, belly dancing, beat boxing, drag, comedy and more with some proceeds going to the ACLU. So if it’s your human right to be downright dirty, grab a $7 ticket in advance, or pay $10 at the door, and head to Exhale Bar and Grill (6132 Fourth Street NW). Doors open at 6 p.m. with the show kicking off at 7. It’s 21-and-over, so leave the bad kids at home. Flamenco Guitar at Casa Rondeña Winery On Sunday, January 4th authentic Flamenco guitar and dancing performance hits the North Valley winery (733 Chavez NW, Los Ranchos). The show is from 4 to 6 p.m. and tickets are $35, which includes a (we’re hoping generous) glass of authentic Casa Rondeña wine and Spanish tapas. Call the winery at 344-5911 to make reservations for a sure-to-be exquisite evening. Now where’s “grape lady” when you need her?
