If you need to register: Put it in the mail and have the post office postmark it with today’s date Get it over to the County Clerk’s Office at One Civic Plaza, sixth floor, by 5 p.m. Drop it off in person by 8 p.m. at the Bernalillo County Clerk’s Annex Downtown at 620 Lomas Same goes for changing your address.
