It is a little known fact that sometimes, when a feminist is wishing you a happy V Day, he or she may be saying, “Happy Vagina Day!”In 1998, Eve Ensler begat V Day, Feb. 14, to do battle with all forms violence against women. Ensler also wrote the famous “Vagina Monologues,” a riotous tribute to the vagina that is often performed around the world for V Day. You can go see the “Vagina Monologues” at the Desert Rose Playhouse tonight through Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m. Call 881-0503 for more.
