Despite its title and graphics, Vampire Fever is essentially a pool table puzzle simulator. The object is to knock your ninja cue ball into as many of the vampire pool balls as you can. Hit them once and they’re dead. Hit them twice, and they revert back. You’ve got a limited number of shots each screen to turn all the vampires at once. Good luck, spherical ninja.
