This workshop if for couples who want to understand their relationship, increase loving engagement, strengthen their bond and learn successful relationship strategies. You can renew energy and develop the capacity for emotional and health benefits that come with a loving, deep connection. You can forgive old injuries and repair ruptures in your relationship. The “Hold Me Tight” workshop is based on Emotionally Focussed Therapy which has a documented success of 72-80% for couples after a 5 year follow up.
