Where’s your favorite post-play hangout?

If we’re not hangin’ out at The Filling Station after the show—definitely the favorite—we like to head to the upstairs bar at Slate Street Café. Great wine and portobello french fries! Hard to beat.

Where do you go for a guilty pleasure?

Sadie’s, for a Grand Gold Margarita at lunchtime. Then a nap. Hmm. Sensing a theme here …

What do you like to get in Burque that you can’t anywhere else?

A little sunshine, a few mountains, a lot of green chile and a whole mess of crazy cool whacked out people equal one enchanted cocktail. (Just going with it now.)

What local artists inspire you?

The other Mother Roaders first and foremost. There are so many, but I have to mention the Tricklock folks, and all the amazing artists who’ve worked at our theater. To all I’ve missed, I’ll buy you a drink. It’s what I do, apparently …
