Last issue, Josh Lee wrote an Event Horizon pick "Bike to Work Day" in a sarcastic tone so thick as to cross the line of good taste. The purpose of highlighting goings on in "Event Horizon" is to point out cool things you can do about town during the week. As such, the intention of the "Bike to Work Day" calendar pick was to spread awareness of the event, not attack it. Maybe we don’t know where to draw the line, maybe we’re still processing our circulation manager having just been hit by a truck with the use of dark humor, but neither the event organizers nor our readership were impressed and for that we apologize.
