We’ll take what we can get, considering this is almost certainly the show’s final run.Trans-Siberian Orchestra: Ghosts of Christmas Eve” (KNME-5 8:30 p.m.) If you love the bombastic easy listening sound of Trans-Siberian Orchestra, here’s your chance to hear lots of overproduced holiday-centric tunes.
Friday 1
“Ice Wars: USA vs. The World” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.) If only all the world’s religious, ethnic and political strife really could be solved by a little ice dancing. Show us the way, Brian Boitano.
Saturday 2
The Christmas Card (Hallmark 7 p.m.) Winter is the time of year when the sap really starts to flow. And I’m not talking about the maples in Vermont. No, I’m referring to the made-for-TV tearjerkers. In this one, a soldier on Christmas leave visits a small town and falls in love with a woman who wrote a well-wishing card to American troops. Ed Asner is in there somewhere. And what says romance more than Ed Asner?
Sunday 3
Miracle on 34th Street (AMC 6 p.m.) AMC is giving you just a few chances to catch this 1947 classic. “2006 Billboard Music Awards” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) ’Tis the season for meaningless awards shows intended to fill up the empty holiday TV schedule. Here, all the people who made lots of money topping the Billboard charts get little statues.

Nothing, that’s what!
Wednesday 6
“The Electric Company: Greatest Hits and Bits” (KNME-5 7 p.m.) Not only do we get great nostalgic clips of the classic ’70s kids show, but we get interviews with castmembers like Rita Moreno, Bill Cosby and Morgan Freeman. (Funny, I always heard Morgan Freeman would cut you but good if you ever brought up “Easy Reader” in his presence.)“Holiday Mythbusters” (Discovery 8 p.m.) The Mythbusters debunk assorted holiday myths, such as the ever-popular “Do reindeer really know how to fly?” That one could get kinda messy.
