Thursday 7

“Survivor” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.) CBS’ venerable reality show enters its 16 th season. That’s five seasons more than “M*A*S*H*” managed to crank out!

“Last Restaurant Standing” (BBC America 7 p.m.) In this new reality series, nine couples compete to open a restaurant in just one week. The winning couple gets financial backing to open their dream restaurant for real.

“Lipstick Jungle” (KOB-4 9 p.m.) In response to ABC’s “Sex and the City”-ish series “Cashmere Mafia,” NBC launches its “Sex and the City”-esque series “Lipstick Jungle.” ABC has Lucy Liu, but NBC has Brooke Shields. Touché .

Friday 8

“Flash Gordon” (Sci-Fi 9 p.m.) It’s cheaper-looking than the campy 1980 version, but it’s just not as much fun. If you’ve managed to last this long on the series, though, you might want to catch tonight’s first season finale.

Sherrybaby (KASY-50 7 p.m.) Maggie Gyllenhaal acts her ass off in this overlooked 2006 film about a recovering drug addict trying to raise her young daughter.

Saturday 9

“Bernard & Doris” (HBO 9 p.m.) Susan Sarandon and Ralph Fiennes (yowza!) star in this speculative biopic about nutty billionaire Doris Duke and her gay butler/best friend Bernard Lafferty.

Sunday 10

“The BAFTA Film Awards” (BBC America 7 p.m.) It’s just like the Oscars, except that all the acting awards go to Brits.

“The 50 th Annual Grammy Awards” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.) Now WGA strike-free! Singers/actresses like Jessica Simpson and Beyoncé no longer need to fear the moral quandary of crossing a picket line.

“The 100 Most Outrageous Moments of All Time” (KOB-4 8 p.m.) Of all time ? You mean, like that time Genghis Khan and his Mongol hoards destroyed the Khwarezmid Empire? That was pretty outrageous. Or do you mean like that wacky video in which the groom passes out at the wedding? … Ah, the second one. That’s what I thought.

Monday 11

“Flavor of Love” (VH1 7 p.m.) Get ready for the third season premiere, folks! … Word of advice, Flava: If you want to find the girl of your dreams, don’t dump her every 12 months to make a new season of your reality dating show.

“CMT Crossroads” (CMT 9 p.m.) Normally, I don’t go in for the Country Music Television stuff. But I must admit I’m intrigued by tonight’s mash-up of Alison Krauss and Robert Plant.

Tuesday 12

“Big Brother” (KRQE-13 8 p.m.) It’s not even summer and we’re getting a ninth season of “Big Brother”? What have we done to deserve such a bounty?

“Jericho” (KRQE-13 9 p.m.) Thanks to the concerted efforts of fans, CBS’ post-nuke drama returns for a surprise second season. Just in time, too. TV’s got a lot of holes to fill.

Wednesday 13

“Ghost Hunters International” (Sci-Fi 7 p.m.) Tonight, the Ghost Hunters investigate Frankenstein’s castle. … Yeah, right. What’s next? Checking out the Wolfman’s lair with Scooby Doo and the gang?
