Reel World Bunker Hill

A former Wall Street executive is released from prison. He sets out to see his ex-wife and children, who have since started fresh in a small Kansas town called Bunker Hill. When a large-scale terrorist attack strikes the country, fear and violence rise to the surface of the town as it tries to protect its citizens.

The premise of
Bunker Hill mirrors America’s regretful history following 9/11 and asks watchers to choose between freedom and fear.

The Santa Fe Film Center (1616 St. Michael’s Drive) will host a week-long run of
Bunker Hill , opening Saturday, Aug. 9. Actor Wes Studi ( Last of the Mohicans ) will introduce the film on opening night, and director Kevin Willmott will take questions from the audience. The film starts at 8:15 p.m. For more information, visit bunkerhillthefilm.com.
