Thursday 4 “The Listener” (KOAT-7 8 p.m.) As active TV heroes go, this listening guy rates somewhat behind “The Equalizer,” “The Mentalist,” “The Cleaner,” “The Closer,” “The Cougar,” “The Middleman,” “The Apprentice,” “The Bachelor” and even the as-yet-unaired “The Philanthropist.” But ladies seem to like him. “Royal Pains” (USA 8 p.m.) This USA summer series finds a disgraced doctor working as a private physician for filthy rich clients in the Hamptons. “Tosh.0” (Comedy Central 11 p.m.) Comedy Central belatedly learns what most other basic cable stations realized ages ago—that you can rerun viral Internet videos for free. Look into that Hamster Dance thing, CC, it’s hilarious! Friday 5 The Beast Must Die (AMC Midnight) In the mood for a cheesy but entertaining monster mystery? This cheap 1974 chiller features a “Werewolf Break,” giving audiences a chance to guess which of the guests at a posh British mansion is actually the killer beast. Saturday 6 “The Game Show Awards” (GSN 7 p.m.) Celebrate the best in game show entertainment with this live telecast from the Wilshire Theater in star-studded Beverly Hills. Howie Mandel hosts … Oh. Sorry to have wasted your time like that. Sunday 7 “The 63 rd Annual Tony Awards” (CBS 7 p.m.) Among this year’s nominees: Shrek, Billy Elliot, 9 to 5. … Wait, this is the Tony Awards, right? Not the Academy Awards? Got anything not based on a movie? “Inside Planet Earth” (Discovery 7 p.m.) If it doesn’t involve dinosaurs or mole people, I don’t want to know. “The International Sexy Ladies Show” (G4 7:30 p.m.) G4 assembles TV clips from around the world featuring scantily clad women wrestling, getting covered in food, wrestling in food and other weird but possibly sexy activities. “Kendra” (E! 11 p.m.) Kendra Wilkinson finally has her own reality show and Bridget Marquardt is safely ensconced over at Travel Channel with “Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches.” That means that, since she got booted from “Dancing with the Stars,” Holly Madison is the only “Girls Next Door” alum without a reality show. Quick, girl, sign up for “Celebrity Apprentice,” “The Bachelorette,” something! “Ideal” (IFC 9:30 p.m.) This BBC sitcom follows the life of a small-time pot dealer in Manchester and his collection of nutty customers. Monday 8 “Nurse Jackie” (Showtime 8:30 p.m.) Following the fifth season premiere of “Weeds” is this dark comedy pilot featuring Edie Falco as an iconoclastic, drug-addicted nurse who battles egotistical doctors and indifferent administrators at a New York City emergency room. Tuesday 9 “Food Party” (IFC 9:15 p.m.) Hostess Thu Tran and her cast of unruly puppets do a terrible job of teaching viewers how to make gourmet dishes in their “Pee-Wee’s Playhouse”-style kitchen on this “non-reality cooking show.” Mmm, narwhal lungs! Wednesday 10 “Mythbusters” (Discovery 7 p.m.) Discovery’s experimental series closes out its seventh season by testing out the myth (courtesy of Wanted ) that you can curve bullets in flight. … I’m gonna issue a preliminary “Busted” on this one.
