Are you a terrible parent? Would you like to broadcast that fact to the rest of the world? Well, you’re in luck. ABC’s reality show “SuperNanny” is casting for Season 5 right here in New Mexico. You can e-mail local casting director Aaron Giombolini of Kathryn Brink Casting at Casting505@gmail.com with contact info, family size and troubling (yet entertaining) parenting issues. Or you can brave the open casting call on Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Albuquerque International Balloon Museum from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Try not to feed your kids before you go. They’ll be extra cranky that way. Oh, and be sure to tell them Richard Heene sent you.

After a sold-out show in July, Wild Bill’s Crazy Film Festival is returning to The Box Performance Space. Infamous Old West gunman “Wild Bill” will be your host through two hours’ worth of short films by Albuquerque’s finest indie filmmakers. Comedy, horror, drama, experimental: It’s anything-goes with Wild Bill. Each film will be given a two-minute grace period. After that, it’s up to the audience to decide whether they want to keep watching. If the audience likes what it sees, the film has a chance at a cash prize and world fame. (World fame not guaranteed.) If the audience doesn’t like what it sees, Wild Bill will put the film out of its misery with his handy six-shooters. The newest installation of Wild Bill’s Film Festival will take place Friday, Nov. 27, beginning at 8 p.m. The Box is now located 114 Gold SW. (Don’t go to the old location on Lomas.) Oh, and if you’re a filmmaker interested in participating, you have until 5 p.m. the day of the show to submit your entries. For more info, log on to amigo-pro.com.
