For some reason the incident has become a hot topic all of a sudden among conspiracy theorists, supernaturalists and cryptozoologists. This new documentary says Bigfoot did it.“Halt and Catch Fire” (AMC 8pm) This ’80s-set retro-drama is a fictionalized “insider’s view” of the personal computer revolution. Lee Pace (“Pushing Daisies”), Scoot McNairy (12 Years a Slave) and Toby Huss (Artie from “The Adventures of Pete & Pete”!) star. Monday 2“Webheads” (Nickelodeon 4pm) Contestants guess the outcomes of viral videos in this kids’ game show, which promises the return of that old-school Nick standby, the slime bucket. “Copycat” (MTV 3:55pm) Look, it’s summer. We’re just going to have to get used to a whole lot of interchangeably generic singing competitions.“Hoarders: Where Are They Now?” (Lifetime 7pm) Polish up your schadenfreude, neat freaks.Tuesday 3“Famous in 12” (KWBQ-19 7pm) The CW’s newest “unscripted series/social experiment” turns its cameras on an ordinary family and sends them to Los Angeles on a 12-week quest to become famous. Each family member will be tracked on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to see who can build the biggest social media profile. It’s like somebody’s filming the decline of Western civilization in real time.“Serbian Cut” (Discovery 8:02pm) Who doesn’t love TV shows about logging? … Sorry, that should read, “Who the hell watches TV shows about logging?”Wednesday 4“Jennifer Falls” (TV Land 8:30pm) A bottomed-out banking industry executive moves in with her mom and gets a job at her brother’s sports bar. While this sitcom sounds generic, it does provide a lead role for Jamie Pressly (“My Name Is Earl”), who deserves more face time on TV.
