Why did you choose this business?

I wanted to start a business that could really help people, and I love what I do. I find that my company’s services really make a difference in people’s lives.

What are your strongest business traits?

If it has to do with heating, cooling or customer service, then it’s one of my strongest traits! At Precision, we handle every detail with great care, and our customers agree.

Why did you choose to do business in Albuquerque?

I grew up in a small town in New Mexico, and Albuquerque offered me the chance to expand my business. There are more people who need the help, and they are fantastic to work with.

What motivates you to succeed besides the desire to make money?

My quality of workmanship constantly motivates me. My team and I are always seeking to do the best job possible every single time we help someone.

What do you offer that the competition doesn’t?

Precision Heating & Cooling offers that small-town service that big companies just can’t. I get to know every single one of my customers and their needs. My team and I are completely transparent and honest with the people we help. If a service isn’t cost effective or the best choice for you, we work with you to find the solution that is the best fit for your home or business. It’s not about the money you pay, it’s about the results you need.

What contributions to the community (charitable or otherwise) are you most proud of?

We love New Mexico and are active participants in the community. We donate to the state police, as well as daycares and anybody else who we feel serves the community in an important way.

In what area of business do you invest the most energy?

It’s right there in our name. Heating and cooling are where we devote our hard work. Beyond that, customer satisfaction is our biggest area of effort. We want people to trust us and feel like we have really helped them.

Do you have a favorite saying or quotation?

I sure do, and it’s a simple one. “The customer comes first!”

What do you look for in prospective employees?

My business is an excellent opportunity for hard-working individuals. In new hires, I mainly seek out quality of workmanship, honesty and the drive to succeed.

What are three passions you have outside of work?

I do love my job, but I spend all of my spare time between my family, golf and camping. I really love the outdoors.

If you had to choose another career or start another business, what would it be?

Well, I’m happy to say that I already did! It’s been a brainchild of mine for a long time, but I’ve officially launched Lotus Construction. We specialize in remodeling, garages and storage pieces, as well as stucco roofing. You can reach me about either company at (505)712-6625. I had built up so much experience over the years with these services (and more), that it only made sense to make it official and offer them to all of Albuquerque!
