“Tru Calling” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) Eliza Dushku continues to talk to dead people in the two-hour season premiere of her supernatural drama–appropriate since the show is probably DOA.

“Battlestar Galactica” (Sci-Fi 8 p.m.) The season comes to a dramatic end with the humans making a bold ploy to free the planet Kobol from Cylon tyranny. … Well, the nerds know what I'm talking about anyway.
Saturday 2
“2005 Kid's Choice Awards” (Nickelodeon 6 p.m.) Ben Stiller hosts the Kid's Choice Awards, where no one wears Vera Wang and at least one honoree is getting slimed. … They should have slime at the Oscars. Winners get statues, losers get slimed, ratings jump 200 percent.
“2005 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Spectacular” (Spike 9 p.m.) There's a Hall of Fame? Oh well, I hope the ceremonies aren't marred by violence like the recent Vibe Awards. Personally, I think they're just asking for trouble using those folding chairs in the auditorium.

14 Hours (TNT 6 p.m.) JoBeth Williams, Kris Kristofferson and Rick Schroder star in this true-life drama about a Texas hospital besieged by a monstrous storm. Doctors plus disaster? That's like crack to TV execs.
Monday 4
Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of “Mork & Mindy” (KOB-4 8 p.m.) Why hire some no-name actor to do a bad imitation of Robin Williams? Why not bite the bullet and hire Williams himself? He does a pretty convincing bad imitation of Robin Williams these days.
Tuesday 5
“Knievel's Wild Ride” (A&E 8 p.m.) As any Idiot Boxer worth his or her remote knows, I'm pretty damn skeptical of new reality shows starring washed-up celebrities. I mean, who really cares? But Evel Knievel? Hmm. That's got potential. I'm just sad that Knievel and his clan have traded the red, white and blue jumpsuits and capes in for oh-so-trendy tattoos, leather jackets and do-rags.
Wednesday 6
“Con” (Comedy Central 11:30 p.m.) Self-described “con artist” Skyler Stone spends each week of this new “reality” series scamming people, getting stuff for free and otherwise talking his way into wacky situations like attending lavish movie premieres or singing at a professional baseball game.
“Meet the Barkers” (MTV 11 p.m.) Now that we're officially sick to death of Nick and Jessica (Are we agreed on this? Yes? Good.), MTV has moved on to a new set of newlyweds, punked-out Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his bride, former Miss USA Shanna Moakler.
“Monster Hoax: Operation Loch Ness” (A&E 8 p.m.) A group of special effects technicians and animatronics experts go to great lengths to fool people into thinking the Loch Ness Monster is real. Why bother? Toss an old Dixie Cup in that lake and people will freak out.
