“Back” (Sundance Now streaming anytime) Yup, instead of just paying for a cable package that includes Sundance Channel, you can now fork out for Sundance’s “premium” video streaming service and get this sitcom—starring British comedians Mitchell and Webb (“Peep Show”)—about two brothers fighting over a family business.

“There’s… Johnny!” (Hulu streaming anytime) Paul Reiser (“Mad About You”) created, wrote and produced this coming-of-age drama about a 19-year-old Nebraska kid who, in 1972, stumbles into a job working on “The Tonight Show.”

Hot Grease (Discovery 7pm) Instead of giving us yet another docu-reality series about a tattoo shop or a motorcycle fabrication shop, Discovery digs deep … into the world of used cooking oil recycling. This documentary shows how an “environmentally useful” Houston biodiesel company buying used grease from local restaurants got tangled up in a gang war.

Friday 17

“Longmire” (Netflix streaming anytime) Feel free to stretch it out, fans. This is the final season of the shot-in-New-Mexico lawman series.

“Marvel’s The Punisher” (Netflix streaming anytime) Marvel’s ultraviolent vigilante, played by Jon Bernthal (“The Walking Dead”), gets his own spinoff series from “Marvel’s Daredevil.”

“The 101 People Who Made the 20th Century” (Reelz 8pm) So long as Weird Al Yankovic is in there … because, c’mon!

Saturday 18

“Night of Too Many Stars” (HBO 6pm) Jon Stewart hosts this annual, comedy-cenric fundraiser to benefit autism schools, programs and services.

I Am Elizabeth Smart (Lifetime 6pm) Lifetime returns to its beloved exploitational, ripped-from-the-headlines docudramas. This time around, it’s the infamous 2002 kidnapping of 14-year-old Elizabeth Smart.

Sunday 19

“2017 American Music Awards” (KOAT-7 7pm) Bruno Mars, The Chainsmokers, Drake, Kendrick Lamar and Ed Sheeran are up for Artist of the Year—which seems par for the course.

“The Problem With Apu” (truTV 8pm) Comedian Hari Kondabolu takes an in-depth look at the East Indian cartoon character Apu on “The Simpsons.”

Monday 20

“Big Hero 6: The Series” (Disney XD 6pm) The Japanese-influenced animated feature from Disney (based on the Marvel comic) becomes a cartoon series. Hiro, his robot pal Baymax and their high-tech pals battle scientifically enhanced supervillains in near-future California.

“Elizabeth Smart: Questions Answered” (A&E 8pm) A&E, which also has Elizabeth Smart on the brain, turns to the real deal with this interview special hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky.

Tuesday 21

“Marvel’s Runaways” (Hulu streaming anytime) This comic book-based series concerns a group of superpowered teens who discover that their parents are actually evil supervillains.

“Who Killed Tupac?” (A&E 7pm) Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump leads a weekly investigation into the title mystery. Here’s hoping it’s not another “Finding Bigfoot.”

Wednesday 22

“Godless” (Netflix streaming anytime) This shot-in-New-Mexico Western series rides after Roy Goode (Jack O’Donnell from “Skins” and Unbroken), a gunman who flees the bloodthirsty gang of Wild West outlaw Frank Griffin (Jeff Daniels) and ends up taking refuge in a New Mexico town made up, mysteriously, of nothing but women.
