Thursday 30

“The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration” (KOAT-7 8pm) Among the “wonderful” and “magical” performers: Ciara, Darius Rucker, Fifth Harmony, Fitz and the Tantrums, Hanson, Jason Derulo and Lea Michele.

“The Menendez Murders: Erik Tells All” (A&E 8pm) Between Oxygen’s Menendez bros. docudrama, Lifetime’s TV movie and NBC’s “Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders,” it’s looking like TV has got a serious crush on these hunky American parent killers! Here, A&E chats on the phone with Erik Menendez. (He’s the one with the cute smile and the love for tennis.)

“I Came Up With Christmas: A President Show Christmas” (Comedy Central 11pm) “Donald Trump” puts the “Christ!” back in Christmas with an hourlong TV special.

Friday 1

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (KOAT-7 7pm) Big News! Phil Coulson and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. have moved to Friday nights. … Also, they’re stuck in outer space this season.

“Masters of Illusion: Christmas Magic” (KWBQ-19 8pm) Stage magicians do stuff with Christmas trees and candy canes, I guess.

Saturday 2

“Mini-Movie: The Ugly Christmas Sweater” (Lifetime 8:02pm) If you can only handle so much of holiday-based rom-coms this time of year, Lifetime has the solution: 10-minute mini-movies.

Sunday 3

“The Carol Burnett 50th Anniversary Special” (KRQE-13 7pm) Original cast members reminisce, share favorite sketches and answer audience questions.

Monday 4

“Teeny Tiny Christmas” (Cooking 10:30am) Artist Jay Baron, known for his viral videos of tiny food, prepares edible miniature food for the holidays … because that’s evidently a thing.

“The 95th Annual National Christmas Tree Lighting From President’s Park” (Hallmark 5pm) Us the Duo, the US Navy Concert Band and Sea Chanters, Boys II Bow Ties and The Texas Tenors perform. Last year, under President Obama, we had Chance the Rapper, James Taylor, Kelly Clarkson, Marc Anthony and the Lumineers. … I’m just saying.

Tuesday 5

“Stripped” (Bravo 11pm) In this ridiculous but possibly elucidating reality show “experiment,” participants are stripped of all physical belongings—furniture, money, electronic devices, beauty products and, of course, clothing—for 21 days.

Wednesday 6

“Crazy Cookie Builds” (Cooking 6pm) Here I sit, patiently waiting for a crossover between Cooking’s “Crazy Cookie Builds” and FYI “You Can’t Turn That Into a House.”

“Happy!” (Syfy 8pm) Based on the graphic novels by Grant Morrison and Darrick Robertson, this bloody crime fantasy follows the adventures of Nick Sax (Christopher Meloni), an ex-cop-turned-hitman who suddenly finds his life guided by an tiny, imaginary (not to mention relentlessly positive) blue-winged cartoon Pegasus (voiced by Patton Oswalt).

“Knightfall” (History 8:01pm) This historical drama looks in on the legendary Knights Templar as they attempt one last raid on the Holy Land (circa 1306) to find the Holy Grail).
