What the hell.Sunday 24 It’s a Wonderful Life (KOB-4 7pm) It’s an unavoidable tradition.Monday 25“Meow Manor: Meowy Christmas” (Up 5am) Your enjoyment of this repetitiously cute two-hour clip show featuring webcam footage of kittens in an Icelandic animal shelter will depend largely how funny you think that title is.“Doctor Who” (BBC America 7pm) This year’s Christmas special is doubly interesting because it features two Doctors: Peter Capaldi’s Twelfth Doctor and David Bradley’s First Doctor (filling in for William Hartnell, who passed away in 1975).
