In the Cloud (Crackle streaming anytime) Nora Arnezeder (Safe House), Gabriel Byrne (The Usual Suspects) and Justin Chatwin (“Shameless”) star in this near-future techno-thriller. After dozens of people are killed by a serial terrorist bomber, two estranged tech geniuses team up to stop future attacks by creating a cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Naturally, it all goes pear-shaped.

“2008 Winter Olympics” (KOB-4 6pm) The Winter Olympics get underway with some figure skating and some freestyle skiing.

When We First Met (Netflix streaming anytime) In this romantic twist on Groundhog Day, a man spends the night with the girl of his dream, only to end up friends. When he is suddenly gifted with the opportunity to travel through time, he uses it to alter that fateful night over and over again until he gets everything perfect.

Saturday 10

Very, Very Valentine (Hallmark 7pm) A shy florist (Hallmark Channel queen Danica McKellar) meets the man of her dreams at a masked ball and tracks him down, Cinderella-style.

Sunday 11

“Our Cartoon President” (Showtime 6pm) This animated spinoff of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” takes the popular Trump-spoofing cartoon character segment and turns it into an “all access, day-in-the-life” look at our current president.

“Here and Now” (HBO 7pm) A multiracial family consisting of a husband, a wife and three adopted children from Somalia, Vietnam and Colombia finds its bonds tested in this drama starring Holly Hunter and Tim Robbins.

Behind the Movement (TVOne 7pm) Meta Golding, Roger Smith, Loretta Devine and Isaiah Washington star in this biopic about civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks.

“Killing Versace: The Hunt for a Killer” (Oxygen 8pm) Oxygen elbows in on some of FX’s sweet “The Assassination of Gianni Versace” attention with this documentary examination.

Monday 12

Atomic Homefront (HBO 6pm) This documentary examines a major metropolitan area lying dangerously close to a large landfill containing radioactive waste and an escalating underground fire. I think it’s time to sell.

Tuesday 13

“Stinky & Dirty Valentines Day Special” (Amazon streaming anytime) Here we have a holiday special featuring Amazon’s preschool cartoon characters Stinky (a talking garbage truck) and dirty (a talking backhoe loader). Evidently, they get involved in some sort of romantic shenanigans. Wow, that title makes it sound way worse.

“The Bachelor Winter Games” (KOAT-7 7pm) Who needs the thrill of top-quality international sporting competition when you can just watch past “Bachelor” contestants trying to ice skate?

Wednesday 14

“This Close” (Sundance Now streaming anytime) Oscar winner Marlee Matlin is among the cast of this dramedy for Sundance’s online streaming service. The story of two best friends—one of whom is newly engaged, one of whom is freshly single—is the work of stars Shoshannah Stern and Josh Feldman (both of whom are deaf).

“Relationships Just For Laughs” (KWBQ-19 7pm) Top comics, including Maria Bamford, Bill Burr, Whitney Cummings, Kevin James, Mo’Nique and Tom Papa, share their thoughts on love, dating and relationships.

“The Top 14 Greatest Valentine’s Day Movies of All Time” (KWBQ-19 8pm) Dean Cain, star of 16 Christmas movies (it’s a fact), hosts this look at America’s favorite romantic films.
