Dos Mujeres — Two ladies will share the exhibit space at [AC]2 during the month of November. Joanne Lefrak takes giant pieces of Mylar and burns pieces out of them. [AC]2 owner Michael Certo says Lefrak’s art “is all about negative space. Even though they at first seem abstract, to me, at least, most seem landscape-oriented.” Misha Palley will contribute a site-specific installation using, among other materials, dried gobs of paint. The show opens this Friday, Oct. 28, with a reception from 6 to 9 p.m. It runs through Nov. 27. [AC]2 Gallery is located at 301 Mountain NE. 842-8016, ac2gallery.org.
