Got Digital?–UNM’s Continuing Education department is sponsoring a Digital Arts Conference this Saturday, April 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants can spend the day getting connected to local digital filmmaking and photography opportunities or simply exchange ideas and techniques with fellow professionals as they explore the latest technologies. Workshops include 3D Dome Animation, Digital Storytelling, Audio Recording and Editing for The New Musician, Advanced Techniques in Photoshop, Video Editing for Multimedia Production and much more. The Digital Film Institute will be on hand to lead a special “In the Biz†session, giving an overview of current career opportunities in New Mexico’s growing film and television industries.
