Thursday 24

Asian Excellence Awards” (E! 7 p.m.) Daniel Dae Kim from “Lost” and Grace Park from “Battlestar Galactica” host this awards show honoring the best in Asian-oriented entertainment, sports, science and fashion.

So You Think You Can Dance” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) I’ll say this much about the show, returning tonight to fill in those summertime gaps: At least the title is as skeptical as I am.

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip” (KOB-4 9 p.m.) It’s an ignominious return to be sure, but at least the dwindling number of “Studio 60” fans will get to see the last few episodes of Aaron Sorkin’s now-canceled TV drama.

Friday 25

The 2007 Taurus World Stunt Awards” (AMC 8:30 p.m.) Wrestlin’ thespian Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson hosts this annual salute to the best stuntmen (and women) in the world who haven’t already been replaced by CGI.

Saturday 26

Pandemic (Hallmark 7 p.m.) Get a load of this all-star disaster movie lineup: Tiffani Thiessen, Vincent Spano, Faye Dunaway, Eric Roberts, French Stewart. Tiffani ( née Tiffani-Amber) plays a CDC epidemiologist trying to stop a deadly virus—certainly the most preposterous piece of anti-typecasting since Denise Richards played a nuclear scientist in /en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_World_Is_Not_Enough[/url ]The World is Not Enough .

Sunday 27

What’s With That Really Expensive House?” (HGTV 7 p.m.) This one-hour special goes “behind the closed doors of the most-talked-about houses in the neighborhood to meet the interesting characters who live there.” … Well, it beats the previous special, “What’s With That Crack House on the Corner?”

Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee (HBO 10 p.m.) HBO pulls out most if not all of the stops to present this epic adaptation of Dee Brown’s best-selling book. Adam Beach, Aidan Quinn and Anna Paquin star in this historical exploration of the tragic impact that the United States’ westward expansion had on American Indian culture.

Monday 28

The Ex-Wives Club” (KOAT-7 8 p.m.) Shar Jackson (the ex-Mrs. Kevin Federline), Marla Maples (the ex-Mrs. Donald Trump) and Angie Everhart (the ex-Mrs. Ashley Hamilton) host this “inspirational” reality series helping newly separated spouses get over their d-i-v-o-r-c-e.

Sunset Tan” (E! 11:30 p.m.) You’ve watched behind-the-scenes reality shows about tattoo parlors, hair salons and personal trainers. Why wouldn’t you watch one about a tanning salon? Sucker.

Tuesday 29

Flashpoint: Kimberly Dozier and the Army’s 4 th I.D.—A Story Of Bravery, Recovery And Lives Forever Changed” (KRQE-13 9 p.m.) CBS News correspondent Kimberly Dozier tells the story of the Baghdad attack that left her critically injured and killed her colleagues Paul Douglas and James Brolan.

Wednesday 30

Hidden Palms” (KWBQ-19 7 p.m.) Two of the stars from “The O.C.” (Taylor Handley and Michael Cassidy) show up in Palm Springs for some sexy twentysomething soap opera action.

The Next Best Thing: Who is the Greatest Celebrity Impersonator?” (KOAT-7 7 p.m.) Imagine the impact a really good Michael Jackson impersonator could have on the global entertainment business.
