Here we go with the 12 th season! “Superhuman” (History 8 p.m.) History Channel scours the globe looking for real people with extraordinary powers comparable to those of comic book superheroes. Which isn’t that tough if you count guys like Green Arrow, The Spirit, The Punisher, Robin and all the contestants from “Who Wants to Be a Superhero?”
