Thursday 20

Project Runway: All-Star Challenge” (Lifetime 7 p.m.) Lifetime kicks off its “We got ‘Project Runway’ ” victory lap by bringing back eight former fan favorites to compete against one another in an all-new fashion challenge.

“Project Runway” (Lifetime 8 p.m.) Lifetime takes the “Project Runway” gang to Los Angeles for a brand-new season in a brand-new city on a brand-new network.

“Models of the Runway” (Lifetime 9 p.m.) OK, OK. Jeez, Lifetime, way to milk it to death.

Friday 21

Hard Rock Calling ’09 (VH1 7 p.m.) Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, The Killers, Dave Matthews Band, The Pretenders and Ben Harper are among the performers in this live-ish concert film.

“Making Over America With Trinny & Susannah” (TLC 8 p.m.) The stars of the BBC’s original “What Not to Wear” come to America with fashion advice.

Saturday 22

“Michael Jackson’s Entourage: Where Are They Now” (TV Guide 8 p.m.) Hanging around the set of “Larry King Live” day and night, it seems like.

Phantom Racer (SyFy 7 p.m.) Greg Evigan (of “B.J. and the Bear” fame) stars in this supernatural action flick about a race car driver who returns from beyond the grave. … Does he have an undead chimp with him? ’Cause if he does, I’m totally watching.

Sunday 23

“2009 Miss Universe Pageant” (KOB-4 8 p.m.) Women from more than 80 countries compete. Flo Rida, Heidi Montag, David Guetta and Kelly Rowland perform. Billy Bush and Claudia Jordan host. Heidi Montag singing? Billy Bush reading names off an index card? Bikini-clad Portuguese women talking about world peace? Who are you to resist?

Monday 24

“Which Way Home” (HBO 7 p.m.) HBO’s Documentary Film Series premieres this nonfiction film about child migrant workers from Central America facing harrowing dangers on their journey to the United States.

“Out of Egypt” (Discovery 7 p.m.) Egyptologist Kara Cooney travels the globe to see how other civilizations’ art, architecture, treatment of the dead, etc., were influenced by ancient Egyptian culture.

Tuesday 25

“Frankie & Neffe” (BET 8:30 p.m.) Given the sheer volume of celebreality shows on TV, willing participants for this sort of thing are getting mighty thin on the ground. Hence, BET goes all the way to Atlanta to chronicle the no-doubt fascinating daily lives of Frankie Lons and Nefferteria Pugh. For those of you who don’t know (which I’m assuming is all of you ), Frankie and Neffe are the mother and eldest sister, respectively, of R&B singer Keyshia Cole.

Wednesday 26

“Crash Course” (KOAT-7 8:02 p.m.) Orlando Jones and Dan Cortese host this “Wipeout”-style game show in which contestants must navigate an outrageous obstacle course from behind the wheel of a speeding car. I’m just glad Cortese is there to give it that “MTV Sports”-circa-1994 feel.
