Thursday 13“Flulanthropy” (Seeso streaming anytime) Internet comedy streaming channel Seeso (it’s a thing) adds this hybrid comedy-reality series in which German DJ and weirdo wunderkind Flula Borg attempts to become “the world’s greatest philanthropist of all time.”“Hooten & the Lady” (KWBQ-19 8pm) What if Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider video games and Nathan Drake from the Uncharted video games found themselves stuck in a cornball ’80s romantic action series (think “Hart to Hart” or “Remington Steele”). That pretty much sums up this summer replacement series about a couple of sexy treasure hunters.“Akil the Fugitive Hunter” (A&E 8:01pm) Answering the question: What if Dog the Bounty Hunter were an inner city black guy and not some weird, Hulk Hogan-esque redneck?“SafeWord” (MTV 12:31am) Famous friends (Kevin Hart and Damien Dante Wayans, for starters) compete against one another on this TV game show.Friday 14“Friends from College” (Netflix streaming anytime) Keegan-Michael Key, Cobie Smulders, Nat Faxon and Fred Savage are among the stars of this self-explanatory sitcom from writer-director-producer Nicholas Stoller (Neighbors, Storks, “The Carmichael Show”).Saturday 15The Christmas Cure (Hallmark 7pm) You win, Hallmark. Hands down. No one else is jumping the gun this quickly, debuting their first holiday-centric rom-com in the middle of July.“You Can’t Turn That Into a House” (FYI 7:30pm) If the home renovators on this show are regularly succeeding, producers clearly aren’t trying hard enough. This half-eaten Whatchamacallit candy bar, my late uncle’s spleen, the concept of religious liberty: Build away, guys!Sunday 16Being Evel (Reelz 5pm) The life and career of famous stuntman and cool ’70s toy Evel Knievel is examined in this 2015 documentary.“Game of Thrones” (HBO 7pm) We only get 7 episodes in the long-awaited season 7. Season 8 will drop to a mere 6. Winter is finally here, apparently, but it’s short.“Remember Me” (KNME-5 9pm) Comedy legend Michael Palin stars in this offbeat but surprisingly serious drama about a frail Yorkshireman who ends up in a nursing home where he witnesses a violent and mysterious death.Monday 17“Loaded” (AMC 8pm) Four friends become multimillionaires after selling their startup video game app, causing their lives to change overnight. This British comedy is based on the Israeli series “Mesudarim.” Tuesday 18“The Night With My Ex” (Bravo 11pm) Each episode of this reality romance show pairs up partners from previous relationships with “unfinished business.” All they’ve got to do is spend one night together in a one-bedroom apartment—filled with cameras, of course.Wednesday 19“Big Pacific” (KNME-5 7pm) PBS’ excellent oceanographic series closes out with a behind-the-scenes look at how camera operators captured all that incredible underwater footage.
