Thursday 18

“SuperMansion: World War Tree” (Sony Crackle streaming anytime) Sony’s snarky stop-motion-animated superhero series unleashes an Earth Day special. (Sure, why not?) Seems The League is faced with saving the world from nature itself when tree-hugging scientists accidentally let loose a pack of sentient killer redwood trees. Only Mother Earth herself (Lauren Weedman) can save the day!

Friday 19

“Lunatics” (Netflix steaming antyime) Australian comedian Chris Lilley (“Angry Boys,” “Summer Heights High”) presents another crazed series in which he plays “six characters coming to terms with themselves and the world around them.”

“Ramy” (Hulu streaming anytime) Comedian Ramy Youssef is the creator and star of this semi-autobiographical comedy about “a first-generation American Muslim who is on a spiritual journey in his politically divided New Jersey neighborhood.”

Saturday 20

Easter Under Wraps (Hallmark 6pm) Hallmark celebrates the holiday with—what else?—a romantic comedy about a tough businesswoman (Fiona Gubelmann) who goes undercover at her family’s chocolate plant only to meet a passionate chocolatier (Brendan Penny).

How High 2 (MTV 7pm) MTV celebrates 4/20 with this belated sequel to the 2001 stoner comedy starring Redman and Method Man. This one stars Lil Yachty and DC Young Fly as a couple of pot-smoking entrepreneurs seeking funds for their on-demand munchies delivery service.

Sunday 21

“Motown 60: A Grammy Celebration (KRQE-13 7pm) Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men, Ciara, John Legend, Martha Reeves and Pentatonix (do these people have to be on every TV concert?) show up to celebrate the birthday of the iconic record label.

Monday 22

“Live Rescue” (A&E 7pm) “Live PD,” A&E’s broadcast of police video cameras coast-to-coast, is evidently enough of a hit to merit “Live Rescue,” a broadcast of firefighter, paramedic and EMT video cameras coast-to-coast. I’m no psychic, but based on the “Chicago PD”/“Chicago Fire”/“Chicago Med” model, I predict “Live ER” is right around the corner.

“Gentleman Jack” (HBO 8pm) Suranne Jones (“Coronation Street”) stars in this historical drama based on the life of noted industrialist Anne Lister, who returned to West Yorkshire, circa 1830, to rebuild her ancestral home, transform her family business and find herself a respectable wife.

Tuesday 23

“1969” (KOAT-7 9pm) ABC launches a new historical docu-series by starting with the famous moon landing. Future topics for the year in question: the Manson murders, Chappaquiddick, Woodstock, John Lennon’s Bed-In and the Stonewall Uprising.

Wednesday 24

“Bonding” (Netflix streaming anytime) Described as a “seven-episode, short-form dark comedy series” from actor-turned-creator Rightor Doyle (HBO’s “Barry”), this show originally aired online and captured “Best Episodic Series” at Outfest last summer. It centers on a recently out gay man (Brendan Scannell) who reconnects with an old high school friend (Zoe Levin) who is now one of New York City’s top dominatrixes.
