Like ya do.“Somewhere South” (KNME-5 9pm) Celebrity chef, author and restaurateur Vivian Howard heads out on a “culinary tour” of the American South.Saturday 28“Baghdad Central” (Hulu streaming anytime) The British-made, Middle East-set crime drama from Stephen Butchard (“The Last Kingdom,” “House of Saddam”) comes to America. In the wake of the American invasion of Iraq—back in 2003—an Iraqi ex-policeman (Waleed Zuaiter) teams up with a British cop (Bertie Carvel) to solve a murder for the coalition forces.“Be Our Chef” (Disney+ streaming anytime) Angela Kinsey (from “The Office”) hosts this family cooking competition. Good to see the proliferation of streaming services is really bolstering Hollywood’s creativity. A cooking competition? Only the imagineers at Disney could have come up with something like that!“Making the Cut” (Amazon Prime streaming anytime) Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn from “Project Runway” host this reality competition pitting 12 designers against one another in a series of fashion-based challenges. So, yeah, “Project Runway.” But on a totally different network!“Steven Universe Future” (Cartoon Network 8:30pm) Rebecca Sugar’s all-inclusive sci-fi cartoon comes to an end with this series finale.Sunday 29“Danger Force” (Nickelodeon 6pm) This spin-off of Nick’s live-action superhero series “Henry Danger” finds Captain Man (Cooper Barnes) recruiting a new team of kid sidekick superheroes.“Dolly Parton: Here She Comes Again!” (Reelz 7pm) Reelz rebroadcasts ABC’s documentary/musical look at the life and career of country music legend Dolly Parton.Monday 30“Three Busy Debras” (Cartoon Network 1am) Sandy Honig, Mitra Jouhari, Alyssa Stonoha (of the sketch comedy troupe Three Busy Debras) create and star in this surreal (live-action) sitcom about three housewives in suburban Connecticut.“Beef House” (Cartoon Network 1:15am) Anti-comedy kings Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim (“Tom Goes to the Mayor,” “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” “Check It Out! with Dr. Steve Brule”) star in some more live-action weirdness. I’d describe the show, but … if you’re fans you know how pointless that would be.“Almost Paradise” (WGN 8pm) A former DEA undercover agent (Christian Kane from “The Librarians” and “Leverage”) is forced into early retirement and ends up operating a gift shop on a small tropical island in the Philippine Archipelago. Naturally, his transition from Jason Bourne to Jimmy Buffett doesn’t go as expected. Seems the island is home to loads of international criminal elites, whom our hero is forced to battle on a weekly basis. Tuesday 31“Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert” (YouTube Premium streaming anytime) The infamous annual concert is postponed. But if you wanna dress up in Uggs and light-up kitty ears in the privacy of your own home, you can always do so while watching this musical documentary.“The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch” (History 8:03pm) The notorious Sherman Ranch in Utah, home to assorted UFO/Bigfoot/ghost/werewolf/extradimensional phenomena, finally gets its own docureality show along the lines of “The Curse of Oak Island” and countless ghosthunting shows. … Which means we can now look forward to roughly five seasons of seeing absolutely nothing captured on camera.Wednesday 1“How to Fix a Drug Scandal” (Netflix streaming anytime) Netflix’s latest shocking docuseries looks into how a couple of drug-addicted police crime lab chemists faked results, causing hundreds of criminal convictions to be overturned in Massachusetts.
