Thursday 18

“That ’70s Show” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) Hopefully, in tonight’s 60-minute series finale, the kids can finally come to grips with the fact that it’s been 1979 for the last three years.

“Will & Grace: Say Goodnight Gracie” (KOB-4 7 p.m.) NBC’s long-running Thursday night hit bows out with a big fat retrospective followed by a one-hour finale.

“American Inventor” (KOAT-7 8 p.m.) I’ve gotta admit I’m fairly ambivalent about this season finale. See, I don’t actually care who wins “Inventor,” because I will never need a football-catching trainer or a new baby seat or a stupid person-riding-on-the-handlebars bike.

Friday 19

“Dr. Phil: Escaping Danger” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.) Why do people trust the Match.com spokesperson to give them advice about, well, everything? Here he is again, Oprah Winfrey’s personal “life strategy expert,” telling you how to lead your life. And how has Phil led his life? Well, in 1988, he was cited for ethics violations by the Texas Board of Examiners of Psychologists. In 2004, his “Shape Up” weight loss pills were pulled from the market in the face of an FTC investigation. And earlier this year, the American Psychiatric Association attacked him for giving information about two neurological conditions that was “not only wrong, but possibly dangerous.”

Saturday 20

All You’ve Got (MTV 9 p.m.) Ciara, first lady of “Crunk & B” (whatever the hell that is), stars in this MTV movie about a girl’s high school volleyball team. Basically, it’s “Stick It,” but with volleyball instead of gymnastics.

Sunday 21

10.5 Apocalypse (KOB-4 8 p.m.) Seems that big-ass earthquake from NBC’s 2004 miniseries is still wreaking havoc with the Earth’s crust. Frank Langella, Kim Delaney, Beau Bridges and Dean Cain try to do something about it.

“Supergroup” (VH1 8 p.m.)
Ted Nugent, Scott Ian, Sebastian Bach, Evan Seinfeld and Jason Bonham form a new rock band in this 7-episode reality series. May I remind you Nugent’s last supergroup was Damn Yankees.

Monday 22

“24” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) You’ve got 120 minutes left to stick it to the prez, Jack! Hurry!

“Alias” (KOAT-7 8 p.m.) J.J. Abram’s cult hit comes to an explosive end.

Tuesday 23

Stephen King’s Desperation (KOAT-7 7 p.m.) King’s scary story about a family on vacation waylaid by a demonic sheriff becomes a Sweeps Month miniseries. Ron Perlman plays the sheriff. Tom Skerritt, Steven Weber, Annabeth Gish, Matt Frewer, Charles Durning and Henry Thomas fill out the cast list.

Wednesday 24

“American Idol” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) Taylor Hicks is probably gonna win; but c’mon, it’s not like you’re ever gonna go out and buy one of his albums.

“Dr. Phil: Escaping Addiction II” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.)
Twice in one week? What did we do to deserve this?

“Lost” (KOAT-7 8 p.m.) I’m hoping this season’s finale will be a little more exciting than last season’s “staring down the hatch” climax.
