Thursday 27

“The Willis Clan” (GAC 7 p.m.) GAC’s newest reality show introduces audiences to overbreeding rednecks Toby and Brenda Willis, who are busy raising their 12 kids as musicians, dancers and championship wrestlers—basically anything that will pay the bills.

Independence Day-saster (Syfy 7 p.m.) Think Independence Day, but so, so much worse.

The Out List (HBO 7:30 p.m.) Members of the LGBTQ community—including Neil Patrick Harris, Ellen DeGeneres, Cynthia Nixon and Wanda Sykes—talk about being “out” in America.

Friday 28

“Shaquille O’Neal Presents: All Star Comedy Jam—Live From Atlanta” (Showtime 8 p.m.) When I think of great standup comedy, my mind immediately goes to Shaquille O’Neal.

Saturday 29

“The Doctors Revisited—The Sixth Doctor” (BBC America 6:30 p.m.) Colin Baker steps up to the TARDIS console for his turn in the 1985 “Doctor Who” serial “Vengeance on Varos.”

Anna Nicole (Lifetime 6 p.m.) Lifetime jumped on the Jodi Arias scandal right away with last week’s biopic. (The girl hasn’t even been sentenced yet.) This week they turn to six-year-old National Enquirer articles for inspiration on this biopic about deceased Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.

“Do No Harm” (KOB-4 9 p.m.) Ah, summertime, when all television sins are forgiven. Hell, even a show with the distinction of being the lowest-rated scripted premiere in the history of the Big Four networks gets to come back!

Sunday 30

“BET Awards 2013” (BET 6 p.m.) Snoop Dogg performs. Or maybe Snoop Lion. Not sure which.

“Wife Swap” (KOAT-7 7 p.m.) Tonight on “Wife Swap,” we’ve got wrestlers Ric Flair and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. What, they couldn’t get Hulk Hogan and Bubba the Love Sponge?

“Ray Donovan” (Showtime 8 p.m.) Liev Schreiber plays a former Brooklyn street thug who “fixes” scandals for Hollywood celebrities, athletes and business moguls.

Monday 1

“Below Deck” (Bravo 8 p.m.) Think “The Love Boat,” but more reality showy.

“Siberia” (KOB-4 9 p.m.) In summer even the scripted shows are reality show-based. This “found footage” horror thriller series combines “Survivor” and “Lost.” In it, a planeload of reality show contestants crash-lands in remote Russia where, one by one, they begin dying under mysterious circumstances.

Tuesday 2

“My Teen is Pregnant and So Am I” (TLC 8 p.m.) Because the title “My Teen Is a Desperate Attention Whore and So Am I” was taken?

“Being Mary Jane” (BET 8:30 p.m..) Gabrielle Union plays an anchorwoman juggling work, family and relationships.

Wednesday 3

“BBQ Crawl” (Travel Channel 6 p.m.) The food-and-travel-based networks are clearly starved for ideas. As a result, they’ve had to get oddly specific, focusing on one tiny food group per show. Can “Mac ‘N’ Cheese,” a round-the-world search for the best macaroni and cheese (hosted by any foodie named Mac), be far behind.

“Donut Showdown” (Cooking 8 p.m.) See! A cooking competition in which contestants only get to make donuts? Couldn’t you just call this “Look Who Put Bacon on a Donut This Week” and be good?
