Thursday 5

“Lance Loves Michael: The Lance Bass Wedding” (E! 9pm) Of course former ’N Sync star Lance Bass would get married on E!

“Allegiance” (KOB-4 9pm) What happens when you smash together “Sherlock” and “The Americans”? You get this spy series about a super-genius CIA agent whose parents happen to be members of a secret Soviet sleeper cell.

“Broke A$$ Game Show” (MTV 12:02am) It claims to be a game show, but it’s really more of a hidden camera prank show, paying strangers to make out in the park or construction workers to twerk on the job.

Friday 6

“Sex Sent Me to the Slammer” (ID 9pm) Oh, TV. You dirty, silly, juvenile-minded bastard you.

Saturday 7

Megachurch Murder (Lifetime 6pm) After megachurch pastor Malcolm-Jamal Warner (Hey, Theo!) dies from a mysterious suicide, his teenage daughter goes all Scooby-Doo to prove he was murdered.

Sunday 8

“American Ninja Warrior: USA vs. The World” (KOB-4 7pm) Contestants from the USA face off against Japanese and European challengers in the world’s toughest obstacle course.

“57th Annual Grammy Awards” (KRQE-14 7pm) LL Cool J hosts. Why? Because ladies love Cool James. … Also because he stars in CBS’ “NCIS: Los Angeles.”

“The Walking Dead” (AMC 7pm) OK, so Terminus is gone, the hospital is history (and so is Beth). Who can we kill this season?

“Better Call Saul” (AMC 8pm) Just when we’d finally gotten over our “Breaking Bad” withdrawal, AMC comes at us again with this prequel/spin-off featuring everybody’s favorite sleazy lawyer, Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk). Now we’ll finally find out how Jimmy McGill became “Saul Goodman.”

“Game of Thrones: A Day in the Life” (HBO 8:30pm) The new season isn’t here yet, but HBO is teasing us with a behind-the-scenes look.

Monday 9

“The Apprentice: Top Feuds, Firings and Fails” (KOB-4 7pm) Obviously, this is a particularly boring season of “The Apprentice” if NBC is turning to “best of” clips from previous seasons to lure viewers.

Tuesday 10

“The Flash” (KWBQ-19 7pm) Unlike Marvel’s TV shows (“Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” and “Agent Carter”)—which would rather die than showcase a mask, cape or superpower—DC’s shows (“Arrow,” “The Flash”) are lousy with familiar comic book heroes and villains. Tonight, “The Flash” adds nuclear-powered hero Firestorm to the roster.

Wednesday 11

“The Middle” (KOAT-7 7pm) ABC celebrates Valentine’s Day with a night of holiday-themed sitcoms, including “The Middle,” “The Goldbergs,” “Modern Family” and “Black-ish.”

“Schitt’s Creek” (TV Guide/POP 8pm) In this imported Canadian sitcom, a rich family goes broke and moves to a depressing small town with a naughty name. The best part? It reunites “SCTV” stars Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara!
