Thursday 31

Behind the Burly Q (Showtime 6 p.m.) This new documentary explores the historic world of burlesque. … By the way, I’ll be hosting Burque Burlesque’s Tinis and Teasers show on April 16 at Low Spirits. Thanks for the plug opportunity, Showtime!

“Mobbed” (KASA-2 8 p.m.) Folks ask people to marry them with the help of flash mobs. Way to jump on the hottest trend of 2007, FOX.

“Taxidermy USA” (Discovery 8 p.m.) Technically this is a one-off special, so the Wheel of Blue Collar Jobs That Don’t Have Reality Shows Yet doesn’t apply.

“Jersey Shore: Reunion Special” (MTV 11 p.m.) Yeah, what have Snooki and the gang been up to since they went off the air last friggin’ week ?

Friday 1

“Chaos” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.) Eric Close, Tim Blake Nelson, James Murray and Freddy Rodriguez star as rogue CIA agents in a new comedy-drama.

“Camelot” (Starz 8 p.m.) Is it me, or does King Arthur look like a major twink?

Saturday 2

“The 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards” (Nickelodeon 8 p.m.) Kids have terrible taste. Hence, the existence of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, Sour Patch Kids and SunnyD.

Sunday 3

“The 46 th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards” (KRQE-13 7 p.m.) Because Lady Antebellum needs some more awards, damn it!

The Kennedys (Reelz 6 p.m.) Reelz steps up to the big time, airing History Channel’s controversial, unaired miniseries starring Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes.

“The Borgias” (Showtime 7 p.m.) Pay cable, looking for more history it can sex up (see also: “The Tudors,” “Spartacus: Blood and Sand,” “Camelot”), settles on this infamous 15 th -century Italian family.

“The Killing” (AMC 7 p.m.) AMC premieres its newest film-quality series about murder in Seattle. It’s based on the Danish TV series “Forbrydelsen.” So, if you watched that, you probably know whodunit.

“Superjail” (Cartoon Network 10 p.m.) What if Willy Wonka were a homicidal psycho who ran a maximum security prison? The second season of Adult Swim’s ridiculously ultraviolent cartoon answers that question.

Monday 5

“WWE 2011 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony” (USA 7 p.m.) One of the few places where it’s acceptable to clobber the recipient of a lifetime achievement award in the back of the head with a folding chair.

“Relapse” (A&E 7 p.m.) On the plus side, you get cast on another reality show after your stint on “Intervention.”

“Problem Solverz” (Cartoon Network 9:45 p.m.) Adult Swim picks up this freaky toon from lo-fi, fluorescent-loving art collective Paper Rad.

Tuesday 5

“Jersey Cheer” (Lifetime 8 p.m.) Whew. With the seasonal passing of “Jerseylicious” and “Jersey Shore,” I was worried we’d be without Jersey-based reality show entertainment.

Wednesday 6

“Weird Warfare” (History 7 p.m.) Wasn’t that the DC comic with “Haunted Tank” and “Unknown Soldier” in it?

“Breaking In” (KASA-2 8:30 p.m.) You’ve gotta admire Christian Slater. After failing in two other action series (“My Own Worst Enemy,” “The Forgotten”), he’s now on his third, playing the head of a high-tech security firm.

“Glamour Belles” (Lifetime 8 p.m.) Where do pageant queens get those ridiculous dresses they wear? Tune in and find out.

“Workaholics” (Comedy Central 11:30 p.m.) Three slacker roommates work as telemarketers in CC’s newest sitcom.
