“Project Runway” (Lifetime 7 p.m.) We crown another winner tonight. Probably Mondo. Or not. But probably.

“Fairy Jobmother” (Lifetime 9 p.m.) Think “Nanny 911,” but instead of helping with unruly kids, this woman kicks unemployed people in the butt and makes them get jobs.

“It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” (KOAT-7 7 p.m.) It’s a tradition, Charlie Brown.

Carnival Magic (AMC 12:45 a.m.) Al Adamson ( Satan’s Sadists, Horror of the Blood Monsters, Psycho a Go-Go ) directs this obscuro 1981 flick about a jealous lion tamer who kidnaps a rival magician’s talking chimp and sells it to a laboratory for experimentation. It’s … interesting.

“Mario Lopez: Saved by the Baby” (VH1 8:30 p.m.) You know, I didn’t give a rat’s ass about former “Saved by the Bell” hunk Mario Lopez until his girlfriend got pregnant, and then … nope, still don’t care.

Tuesday 2

“America’s Election Headquarters: The 2010 Midterms” (KASA-2 7 p.m.) All the networks will be covering the election results tonight, but FOX is likely to be the most smugly self-congratulatory—I mean, “fair and balanced”—about it.

“Mysteries at the Museum” (Travel Channel 7 p.m.) Travel Channel’s new show reveals the scandal, mystery and intrigue behind some of America’s most famous treasures.

“Running Russell Simmons” (Oxygen 11 p.m.) Rap mogul Russell Simmons’ coterie of female assistants gets a reality show.
