Two suspects allegedly fled police in a food truck after shooting and injuring a victim near Downtown, according to reports. APD has not released details on the food truck involved.

Pizza 9 Starts Flame War

The Pizza 9 on Eubank and Montgomery deleted its Facebook page after an employee flipped out on a customer who left a bad review. Luckily, KOB-4 nabbed a screenshot. The comment: “They don't take coupons and last time, they ran out of cheese!” The response: “Adam, sorry we do not accept Food Stamps (sic) or EBT.” According to the customer, he then received a series of insulting private messages before being blocked. Pizza 9 has publicly apologized and is currently investigating the owner of the location in question.

Renovations on an old lumber warehouse near Old Town are in full swing, meaning you can expect to see the multi-million dollar Sawmill Market—which will feature local food vendors and an “urban marketplace”—by next year.

The Center for Ageless Living (3216 NM 47, Los Lunas) is hosting the 10th annual Field to Food dinner, featuring local produce and wine. This year's menu features guinea hog raised by local farmers, Jennifer and Josh at Hanako Farms. Proceeds go to support SC, Inc.—a N.M. nonprofit committed to sustainable communities for senior care. Dinner starts at 7pm on Saturday, June 24. Tickets are available here.
