Oni Noodles is back at it again, bringing their tasty hot ramen and fresh dumplings to a brewery near you, this time at Marble Downtown (111 Marble Ave. NW). Featuring all your favorite Marble beers, such as the Double White, Wildflower Wheat, Cholo Stout and the India Pale Ale, you’re going to be at a loss for what to try pairing with your noodles first. Three Sisters Kitchen (109 Gold Ave. SW) is making Italian cooking simple for the masses. The month of May will feature four separate classes on how to make your own pasta. From fresh egg pasta dough to eggless pasta dough, from raviolis to lasagna, you’ll get hands-on experience with important steps for making your own pasta. This covers the creation of the dough, molding it, cooking it and pairing it with sauces, so by the time you leave, you can authentically bunch your fingers together and shout “È molto buono” and make your grandmother proud. This brunch will benefit MMCS, a tuition-free K-8 charter school. Featuring a menu by guest chefs Mary Holyoke and James Pizzo, this specially curated event menu will be sure to impress your mother and give back to the community at the same time.
