Quiñones was a finalist for New Mexico Chef of the Year and Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen.” He won Albuquerque Magazine’s title of “Best Chef in the City” in 2012 and 2013. And he once cooked for President George W. Bush aboard Air Force One. This guy is big-time.
